PV Cells

Photovoltaic Cells (PV) are ideally suited to buildings with a large south facing roof area to generate useful amounts of energy.

PV cells should last more than 30 years with minimum maintenance.

The Government's Feed-in Tariff Scheme makes PV installations more commercially viable than before with typical payback periods of 8 to 10 years.

Beyond the payback period the FiT Scheme allows for continued tariff payments to be recouped for a total of 25 years.
