EXETER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB
The works at Exeter City Football Club’s, St James Park included the construction of new changing rooms, refreshment facilities, toilet blocks and a 1600 seat grandstand with spectator facilities. Works also comprised of renovation of the away end by removing the existing terracing and replacing with a semi-permanent stand, providing cover for 1000 spectators.
Our Role
EDP Environmental undertook the Full Design and Consultancy Duties from RIBA Stage 3 through to RIBA Stage 5 for the proposed development. One of our challenges was to integrate the new MEP services into the existing systems enabling the club to remain fully functional throughout this period.
