New Nespresso Café at ground and basement levels in Soho, London. Nespresso Cafés are an expanding chain of niche coffee outlets predominantly in London and the South East.

Nespresso cafes are aimed at being a long-term defence for the Nespresso brand and its elevated image and premium pricing. Beyond attentive customer service and being a place where customers can replenish their Nespresso 'pods', the brand has been able to associate images of exclusivity and suave connoisseur-ship through proprietary and personal touch-points. Actor George Clooney has appeared in many ads for Nespresso since 2006.
The Nespresso café in Soho is a place where you'll discover life beyond your usual coffee. Where ice cream, gingerbread and cookies are not just served with your coffee but in it. Where you have a choice of not one, but 11 Grand Cru coffees. It is a place where over 25 unique and unusual recipes are handcrafted by the Nespresso Maestros.
The Nespresso café is an example of a brand expanding into ‘experience-based’ food and drink. In other words, offering a place for consumers to sit down and experience the product at their leisure, rather than merely take it away with them.
Nespresso, is an operating unit of the Nestlé Group, based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The word Nespresso is a portmanteau of Nestlé and Espresso.
