St Augustine’s Plymouth
A purpose built student accommodation block for a private provider to Plymouth University. All apartments were built as modules in Europe, shipped across and then assembled and finished on-site.
Our Role
MEP Design of 6 module types, the MEP Design of landlord’s and common areas and the design and specification of the on-site renewables. We also did the Part L Compliance & EPCs and wrote the Energy Strategy and the Carbon Offset Report for Planning.
