Stonehouse is an affordable and social housing development of 56 units in Plymouth built on a “brown field” site.

Our Role

EDP Environmental worked alongside the architect in creating a development that was functional but also had an aesthetic appeal. We worked in line with the client’s standard specification to design the heating systems, domestic services, ventilation, power, lighting, door entry, security and fire alarms.

We also arranged the provision of utilities to the site via the local district network operators.
