EDP Environmental has a wealth of experience within the Commercial Sector. We have carried out a range of MEP Services from Refurbishment to New Build across a wide range of Commercial Properties. These include successfully completed projects for Trading Areas, Warehousing, Distribution, Maintenance Facilities, Offices and Multi-purpose developments. Where appropriate we adopt a “Mean Lean Green” philosophy which aims to produce developments that lower the demand for resources, provide efficient structures and deploy innovative low energy technologies. EDP Environmental can also offer assistance and bespoke reports to help gain ‘BREEAM’ credits.
