MULTI RESIDENTIAL

EDP Environmental has carried out a number of Multi Residential Projects including Student Accommodation, Luxury Flats, Social Housing and Blocks of Dwelling Homes. We have recently carried out four projects which have adopted an ‘off site’ construction technique where the units have been constructed in modular form, shipped to site and installed prior to final completion. EDP Environmental can also offer sustainable energy advice and assistance and bespoke reports to help demonstrate achievement of carbon reduction targets or to help gain ‘BREEAM’ credits.
